To implement our beliefs, we need a bit of courage every day at work. We have enough of it to make a difference, invent and innovate. We also use it to say no to clients and to decline doing things we know will be harmful to them, even if they think the opposite.
We are passionated about what we do and this feeling motivates us to make a difference in our lives, as well as those of our customers and partners. We always ask our customers if they were not only satisfied, but also happy with our work. This is what is most relevant and we feel extremely accomplished when we finish a job that has provided happiness to all of those involved.
Unfortunately, the word “work” has taken on a pejorative sense in Brazil. Some people even say they “go to war" when referring to their workplace. We think this view is very sad and it simply doesn’t make any sense. For us, work and fun are almost synonyms. We mix everything up and at times we find ourselves playing throughout the day and working at night. We tend to say we have this “awesomeness” that in no way can be lost or sacrificed. There’s something different here, that no one wants to forget and we all really enjoy. We really appreciate being together and playing together while creating. Our productivity is extremely high because of that. In the office, we have a pinball machine, R/C cars and helicopters, not to mention sweets, snacks, sodas, beer to relax and energy drinks to get excited.
